At Mountain Spas, we strive to provide you with high-quality, customizable hot tubs tailored to your preferences. To ensure a smooth and transparent purchasing experience, please review our return policy below:

1. Non-Refundable Hot Tubs 

   Due to the unique nature and customization of each hot tub order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed. Each hot tub is built specifically to meet your personal specifications, making them non-refundable.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

   If your hot tub arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to repair, replace, or address any issues with your order to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

3. Accessory Returns

   Non-custom accessories purchased from Mountain Spas may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. A return authorization must be obtained by contacting our customer service team before any returns are accepted. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Cancellations

   Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the customization process begins, and we will be unable to cancel or modify the order.

5. Warranty Claims

All of our hot tubs are covered by a comprehensive manufacturer’s warranty. If you encounter any issues outside of the return window, please contact us to initiate a warranty claim.
