1. Why are your prices significantly lower than your competitors?

As a wholesaler, we cut out the middleman by shipping our hot tubs directly from the factory to you, allowing us to offer unbeatable prices.

2. What power is required? What size breaker do I need? What gage wire?

-The recommended power is 220V with a 50-amp breaker and 6/3 wire.

3. What is the warranty?

3-year warranty on the Shell Structure and Surface. 2-year warranty on Structure, Control System, Pumps, Electronic Equipment and Accessories.

4. How long does shipping take? Is it free?

Since all our orders are customized, it takes 8-10 weeks for delivery.  We offer free shipping to anywhere in the United States.

5. How do you move a hot tub?

It’s best to use a cart or dolly that can support at least 1,000 pounds. You can also use a drag mats to slide the hot tub across the ground.  You can transport spas either horizontally or vertically.

What kind of warranty comes with the hot tub?

We offer a comprehensive warranty covering key components such as the shell, plumbing, and electrical parts for peace of mind.

6. What form of payments do you offer?

We take credit cards, PayPal, and bank wire transfer.

7. I’m local to Utah, do you offer any special discounts?

Yes, we offer a local discount.  We stock our best-selling hot tub in our warehouse for local pickup.  Email us for more details.
